Wish Fulfillment Eligibility
Seniors One Wish has a few guidelines and qualifications that each applicant must meet prior to being considered for wish fulfillment.
Please review prior to submitting a wish request.
Qualifications of Eligibility
- Must be 65 years or older
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and a resident of Florida
- Having an annual income that does not exceed 200% of poverty level for a couple
- Unable to fulfill wish on your own
- No felony convictions
Wish Limitations and Restrictions
- Seniors One Wish will not grant a wish that is dangerous or illegal
- Recipient must be capable of experiencing the wish and Seniors One Wish may require recipient to obtain an approval from a physician
- Wishes may not be for cash - Seniors One Wish will directly procure the wish
- Seniors One Wish is unable to send recipient on vacation. Travel must be for the purpose of achieving a dream as a result of the trip.
- Each wish shall have a minimum estimated monetary value of $350.
Wish Granting Timeline
- All wish requests are granted at the sole discretion of Seniors One Wish.
- All wish requests will be reviewed and decided upon within a 90 day period.
- Once a wish is accepted and the applicant or nominator will be notified with the next steps necessary
to fulfill the wish request.
Release Forms
Applicants who are chosen for wish fulfillment will be required to sign and submit our Liability Release Form.

A Medical Release Form may be required if a wish involves any physical activity or travel of any kind.

Applicants who don't mind Seniors One Wish documenting their wish are encouraged to sign our
Publication Release Form.
